General Terms and Shipping Information


## Stock Availability

While we strive for accurate stock availability on our website, discrepancies do occur occasionally. If we can't fulfill all the items in your order, we will send the available products and contact you. You can then decide whether to wait for the restocked items or opt for a refund.


## Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined at checkout, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The final price for shipping will be added to your purchase. Note that local taxes or duties may apply based on your location. If these aren't included in your initial purchase, you'll be responsible for paying them.


## Delivery Terms


### a) Domestic Transit Time

Domestic orders usually arrive within 1–3 days from dispatch. If the item is out of stock, the shipment could be delayed for up to 30 days.


### b) International Transit Time

We are currently not shipping internationally.


### c) Dispatch Time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 day.


### d) Change of Delivery Address

Address changes are possible anytime before your order is dispatched.


### e) P.O. Box Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


### f) Exceeded Delivery Time

If your order takes longer than expected, please contact us for an investigation.


## Tracking Notifications

You will receive a tracking link upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress through the courier's updates.


## Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, reject it and contact our customer service. If you're not present at delivery and discover damage afterward, contact us for next steps.


## Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund.


## Insurance


### a) Parcel Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.


### b) Damaged Parcels

In case of damage, we'll issue a refund or replacement once the courier's investigation is complete.


### c) Lost Parcels

For lost parcels, a refund or replacement will be issued after the courier's investigation.

Returns Policy


## Change of Mind & Cancellation


Blissfull Natural understands that sometimes you might change your mind. We're pleased to accommodate returns for such instances, provided the request is made within 30 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition that allows them to be resold.


You will need to cover the return shipping costs and arrange the shipping yourself. Once we receive and approve the returned items, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. The refund process can take between 10 to 45 days, depending on your credit card's issuing bank. We will send you an email notification once the refund is complete.


Please note, while we refund the cost of the merchandise, shipping fees are not refundable.


## Warranty Returns & Defective Items


Should you encounter issues with your purchase, Blissfull Natural is committed to honoring any valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receipt. 


Given the size of our products, our first approach is to resolve the issue by sending you a replacement part at no extra cost, if the warranty claim is valid. If the issue remains unresolved, you will need to pre-pay the return shipping costs. Rest assured, these will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim.


Upon receiving the items for a warranty claim, you can expect us to process it within 7 days. After confirming the claim, you have the option to:


- Receive a refund to your original payment method

- Obtain a refund as store credit

- Get a replacement item sent to you, if available in stock
